Jeff Cruden is a proven development/construction manager with over 30 years of experience. Over this time period he has been directly responsible for the development and construction of  over 3 million sq. ft. of commercial and residential space. Jeff is a co-founder of the Strada Development Group and brings his unique vision and direction to every project. 

 

In his role with Strada Development Group, Jeff acts as team quarterback, coordinating Team activities in order to insure a seamless client experience across all the development disciplines Strada brings to the table.

 

Prior to Strada Development Group, Jeff served as VP of Development for US Home (now Lennar) in Phoenix, AZ.  ​where he oversaw the development and construction of over 1,500 residential units per year on average, along with managing  the development activities of the largest condominium builder in Arizona. Lured by the exciting opportunities he foresaw in the booming Las Vegas area , he  joined with one of the larger commercial developers in southern Nevada, Jeff was responsible for all the entitlement, land development and construction activities for over 50 projects in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. Upon leaving this position, Jeff formed Crowne Development and was the Qualifying Employee for a mid-sized general contracting/development firm that successfully completed over 40 multi-family residential, office, warehouse, retail, restaurant and industrial projects.  Most recently, Cruden served as Senior Project Manager with Panattoni Development/Alston Construction, a national developer and general contracting firm with over a billion dollars in annual revenues.
